Orders and Customer Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate booking details, including contact information, pickup and delivery addresses, items, and services requested. Bubble Bliss is not responsible for issues resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

Pricing and Payment

Service charges are based on the applicable prices communicated or published by Bubble Bliss at the time of booking. Prices may vary depending on the type, quantity, condition, or special requirements of the items. Bubble Bliss may update its prices from time to time.

Customers are responsible for paying the applicable charges for the services provided.

Pickup and Delivery

Pickup and delivery availability may depend on the customer’s location and selected service. Turnaround times are estimates and may vary depending on the order, service requirements, and operational circumstances.

Customers should provide accurate delivery information and be available to receive their orders.

Cancellations and Changes

Customers wishing to cancel or modify an order should contact Bubble Bliss as soon as possible. Whether a cancellation or change can be accommodated may depend on the stage of processing and services already performed.

Garment Care and Personal Belongings

Customers should remove cash, jewellery, keys, electronics, and other personal belongings from garments and laundry bags before handing them over.

Customers should also inform Bubble Bliss about special care requirements or relevant information regarding an item. Some garments may be unsuitable for particular cleaning processes because of their material, condition, construction, or care instructions.

Lost and Damaged Items

Bubble Bliss takes reasonable care when handling garments. Any claims relating to lost or damaged items are handled according to our separate Damaged & Lost Items Policy.

Refunds

Payment and service-related refund requests are handled according to our separate Refund Policy.

Events Beyond Our Control

Bubble Bliss will not be responsible for delays or failure to perform services caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including severe weather, natural disasters, public infrastructure issues, transportation disruptions, or similar events.

Governing Law
